YOGA

My Yoga Philosophy

Yoga is more than just an asana practice; it’s a way of life. When I teach yoga, I bring insight into the classroom to help students listen to their bodies and be more present in their lives. My knowledge of anatomy and background in dance allow me to guide students through a safe and mindful practice. Through classes in Hatha yoga, my students learn to move with their breathe, align their body correctly, gain strength and flexibility, conquer challenges, and take the relaxation and balance that was cultivated in class to their lives off the mat.
